The apartments -each one with a cooking space- have been recently restored according to the original architectonic structure and the surrounding environment. The buildings where our hosts can live include the tabaccaia (Tobacco factory), with 11 flats, the sodi (Farmhouse), with 6 flats, and the fienile (Barn), with 3 flats. The Tabaccaia, a typical Tuscany building where tobacco leaves were once processed for the manufacture of the famous Tuscan cigar, consists of 11 flats (Cigoli, Donatello, Raffaello, Correggio, within easy reach by people with physical problems, Masaccio, Tintoretto, Cimabue, Giotto e Botticelli) two of them are penthouses  (Leonardo and Michelangelo). The sodi, a farmhouse where farmers once lived in, has got 6 flats (Papavero, Giglio, Rosa, Ciclamino, Margherita and Iris), whereas the fienile, an agricultural structure used a long time ago for storage of agricultural produces,  consists of 3 apartments (Tulipano, Girasole and Ginestra).
